Melinda's cosmetology careers spans so far back both Mary and Diana worked with her three salons ago when she began as a receptionist before starting cosmetology school. As of 2023 she has clocked 16 years of hairstyling experience. She is known for her patience and attention to detail which allow her to excel creating intricate babylight foils and lived in balayage looks. Melinda is also experienced working with fine textures and creating cuts infused with volume and dimension. 

She is a North Attleboro native and many within the community  recognize her bright smile and bubbly personality. When she's not a Sparrow exercising her creativity you can find her spending time with her husband and three children or helping out at her in-law's local business, Mad Moose Saloon.
